Owner, Marieka Lajean, developed a passion for interior design at an early age watching her mom decorate and organize their home. She also realized she possessed an innate ability to draw, design and display expression through her love for arts and crafts. We believe creativity is a gift, and at Designed By ML we work hard to ensure we display our gift with every finished product.

Our goal is to have our client leave with excitement and astonishment once they have experienced interior designs done “The Lajean Way”. We work with some of the highest recommended vendors in the world wide to ensure we are selecting only premium quality goods and materials to bring your new space to life. We also believe it is important to involve the customer in our design process.

 

We begin each creation with a client consultation to ensure we are designing a new space that speaks for the client. We believe the client’s voice and ideas are just as important as our design, therefore we work closely with our clients to create and develop a design plan that not only is modern and chic, but also speaks for our client in relation to their likes, passions and artistic value.
